“Beautiful, comfortable boots of the softest leather bought at a great price in the sale. Delivery was very fast and efficient too. I had to pay a few pounds in customs duty and VAT as we live in Ireland now, but it was worth it.”

“Unfortunately I can only give two stars as the customer care response is very poor. Refunds should not take over three weeks and still waiting. I've bought quite a few pairs of shoes and boots from Moda in Pele in the past, and luckily I've never had to return them. The quality is fabulous and designs are beautiful! Howerver, I am still awaiting a refund from a recent return as I ordered a few pairs so that I could choose the best style. I have been waiting for over three weeks and nothing yet. I am concerned as no one from Moda in Pele have contacted me - I've only received automated replies from email, text messages and online chat. I love the shoes that I have kept, so I have put the same shoes, but in a different colour in my basket. I will not be purchasing any more shoes until I receive my refund.”

“Unfortunately my shoes were faulty which was such a shame as fabulous shoes. Waited a week for customer services to respond, unable to telephone as won’t accept calls, eventually returned via Evri and still no refund! Dreadful customer service.”

“Always great delivery But the footwear is , of course , the star of the show. I have had loafers,ballerinas, trainers. sandals and boots over the years,and all have been excellent and are still in my shoe cupboard and still worn !”

“2 pairs of trainers this time- navy pair and black pair. Love Moda in Pelle - can't buy locally so it's either online or when I'm having a shopping trip. They are true to size and always excellent quality. Always a treat when the parcel arrives”

“The linen is good quality and wears well. Thectrousers have washed and ironed well too. Only negative is sizing. Although they are a good fit the elastic in the waist is not very stretchy for getting them on. Also very long. I had to pay to have them shortened”
