“I have not been refunded despite waiting for over ten working days (as advised by staff at the Lytham shop and as stated on my receipt). I have emailed you about this and received no response.”

“Sadly, our local Moda in Pelle store moved out of my home city some while ago, so I now have to order online. There’s nothing quite like going and trying! That said however, I have always received good and efficient service. As the happy owner of some colourful Bezzie boots, I can also share that I love ‘em! Comfortable and very versatile. My only gripe is that I don’t have the full colour range!!!!!!!! ( and my only suggestion for next season - I’d love to to see this design with just a slightly higher heel!!! Well, I can try, right?!!).”

“I have several pairs of Moda shoes which are extremely stylish and usually very comfortable. I do have rather narrow feet, so haven't had any problems in the past. My recent purchase (blue fabric style loafers) seem narrower and a bit uncomfortable. This makes me think that I might need to go up a size.”

“The trainers were great quality but gaped on my right foot. I took them back to the Manchester shop, although I bought on line. This was almost 1 month ago and I still haven't had a refund! My chat box has remained unanswered and no reply from customer services. I'm sorry I have to write this poor review as I've had several pairs of Moda shoes and always been happy.”

“I am being asked to review an item I have returned 16 days ago and am still waiting for my refund into my bank account. I have tried all the contact avenues with Moda and have had no luck. I am getting very frustrated and extremely annoyed. This is just not good enough!”

“I ordered shoes online. They did not fot me so i returned them asking for a refund. It has been more than a month now and i am still waiting for my refund. I was told the shoes had been received but that there was a processing delay for my refund. My weekly emails to follow up on the “delay” have remained unanswered. Not acceptable, not happy.”

“I was not impressed that the trainers were more like a size 6 when I ordered a size 7. I had to pay postage to send them back and 2 weeks later I have still not had a refund or any email acknowledging either my email or receipt of the items. I know they were received because I purchased tracked delivery. I will not be ordering online from them again”
