I have raised multiple orders with Moda in Pelle. The quality of the shoes is reasonable for the price and there are regular discounts. The only downside of ordering on line is that the returns process is very slow as well as the response from customer service. However, delivery is always fast.

I love MIP shoes! I’m very sad my local store has closed recently as this means online shopping and potentially returning items a real hassle. Returns are slow, the courier was unable to locate the returns place the first time and I had to offer directions found online. I am still waiting for my money back, it’s been 9 days, this is too slow. It’s concerning.
