“I paid a SIGNIFICANT PREMIUM for expedited USA to USA shipping on my order. I received a promise from them of 24-72 hour shipping after order confirmation with tracking info. It is going on SIX DAYS post-confirmation with NO SHIPPING CONFIRMATION, NO TRACKING INFO, and NO RESPONSE on the matter from my inquiries submitted to their support. UNACCEPTABLE.”
