“Only reason I'm leaving 5 stars - only 5 stars show up & acknowledged. Package got lost. Never received. Product works if it arrives. Have been asking for help, kept receiving same tracking link I'd been referring to for help. Package is lost I never got items I paid for & all I get back is "your package has an exception 🤔" yes, I know, this is why I've been trying to get help, NEVER RECEIVED PACKAGE, IT IS LOST.”

“quality of the product is high as it always has been. only complaint this time (also first time I order domestic) is that shipping was via usps ground instead of priority meaning that instead of 3-5 days delivery, it took twice that time with 11 days from order to delivery, again for domestic order, not international. I can't say in the future I would pay the premium for domestic.”

Turn around from shipping to receiving the order may be a little longer than expected, but that may be due to circumstances out of their control which i completely understand. Once I received my order, everything ordered was accounted for. Customer service is better than other vendors I’ve used as far as communication and satisfaction.”
