“My mistake was ordering only samples. I forgot vbut was disappointed until i reviewed my own notes. I would suggest others review prior to placing an order sincethere may be a wait. The product quality is good and packaging terrific”

“I’m not gonna lie - I was a little worried at first it was a racket, as I had some issues getting my payment to process and getting proof of payment/order confirmation, but I was just antsy. After a week or so it all cleared and about 2-3 weeks later I got my package. Customer service was very helpful and patient with my worries about order confirmation, and once it cleared customs it was here in a couple days, tops. All in all, happy customer, and very thankful for the patient customer service who talked me through the payment process and how it can take a couple days.”

“This is the second time I've ordered through ModafinilXL. The First time I ordered through ModafinilXL I wasn't too pleased. My package was initially lost in transit( physcial address on the shipping lable wasn't correct, even tho I placed my correct addres in my shiping info) and after a few attempts to contact their Help department, with no reply(besides an automated "How did we do?" request....) I initially gave up. Then a month later, I was contacted by a lady in their help department. And she went above and beyond to sort out my missing package. A few weeks afterwards, It arrived. This second time around, I've noticed a huge change in how they handle new orders. Whilst offering to refund/reship new orders for lost orders. This time, my package showed up in a timely manner. And on top of that, they gave me an extra 20 ArmodaXLs! 20% more than what I ordered. I'll definitely be ordering more from ModinilXL in the near future.”
