“I’ve been using the site exclusively for my last handful of orders. They’re always quick and professional. High-quality. The customer service is really great. They’re really responsive, which is shocking because most sites aren’t identification. I’ve tried to upload photos to this review so you can see but the site isn’t letting me, but take my word for it high-quality, great response time from customer service, and even under a circumstance, where your shipping is delayed (happened to my last purchase) the customer service team is really good at letting you know what the deal is and as soon as my package started moving through the tracking again, I received an email from them really fast letting me know. Hey, your package is on the move if you want to check your tracking again so I appreciate the communication shipping. delays have nothing to do with them though. It’s not the companies fault. It just happens. I would say usually I’ve gotten my packages within 14 days of the order. This last one did take about a month, but again customer service was very polite and assertive that I would get my package and if anything further happened, they would be there to help me take care of whatever issue it is. So I didn’t feel like I just wasted my money on some thing that’s never gonna come, they really are amazing to their customers”

“US TO US shipping claims to be shipped to customers within a few days. A consistent misleading claim (using promised method when you order on January 30th and your order sits pending until Feb 11th but never ships) is a promise to wait twice as long if not 3x as their site claims. Once the order finally ships it’ll take an additional 5-7 days to reach you. So the truth is a speedy US to US order option will take 2 weeks to reach you not 3-6 (do not believe or set expectations around what this site promises or you will be disappointed). The customer service will never offer you anything to compensate you nor do they understand you to be more than expendable income that is unworthy of being treated fairly.”

“Not a great experience this time which is not typical for modafinil XL. Pay $96 for expedited shipping which should’ve gotten to me and one to two days and it was almost a week before I had my package. I was not a happy camper. The product is quality. If you order the regular way, and have it shipped from India, you can’t beat the pricing. It is much more expensive to have it shipped within the US, but sometimes you would just need to because it gets you so much faster. I appreciate that option. Customer service is usually very helpful and friendly. Overall satisfied.”

“Took a while to arrive due to the origin being in Dubai lol. Despite that I am very pleased with my order. The modafinil is high quality and they even through in some armodafinil for free with my order which I had no clue about! Very nice!”
