“Great product, the shipping does take a while but that's unavoidable considering it has to go through customs from several continents away! Other than that I'm satisfied with the product and the customer service was pretty good, they are quick to reply and do what they can to help! It's not always a situation they can address if it's stuck at customs or something but they will replace it free if you don't receive it!”

“quality of the product is high as it always has been. only complaint this time (also first time I order domestic) is that shipping was via usps ground instead of priority meaning that instead of 3-5 days delivery, it took twice that time with 11 days from order to delivery, again for domestic order, not international. I can't say in the future I would pay the premium for domestic.”

“ModafinilUSA is a vendor I will continue to trust and use. Turn around from shipping to receiving the order may be a little longer than expected, but that may be due to circumstances out of their control which i completely understand. Once I received my order, everything ordered was accounted for. Customer service is better than other vendors I’ve used as far as communication and satisfaction.”

“Though the price is high it’s reasonable and the medication is effective. The packaging is perfect and things always arrive in good condition. Sometimes the shipments get delayed, a few times because the internal understanding of amounts on hand domestically was wrong. That said, the staff is communicative through the help server.”

“Great service, fair prices, and most important for me personally: reliable! I recently received my fourth shipment from ModafinilXL. All four of the times I’ve bought modafinil from ModafinilXL it went smooth.. - The only inconvenience I’ve experienced was a small delay of five days of one of the shipments. Sure, I DO get a bonus of extra free pills for writing a review here - on my n e x t order. But if I was not satisfied and dropped buying from them and loose the bonus, why would I spend time writing this… 😁 So, let’s go shopping at modafinilXL 🥳”

“To be honest, I’ve ordered from them for almost 2 years now and dozens of bulk orders. I’ve always gotten my order, this order was extremely fast arriving and they included extra. However, I wasn’t as impressed with the quality as I usually am…. At all. I take these religiously everyday and I may have gotten a bad batch as it happens sometimes and is not always their fault. Hoping they live up to their replacement policy on this one as I’ve never requested one before. I still have left overs from my previous order which do as they need compared to what I just ordered that does not.. even at insane doses.. and even giving a few to a friend who is a complete newbie and has never tried any brand ever. He still went to sleep 4 hours later and said he felt very little. I remember my first time and I was off the walls. So… yeah, I’m confident they will make things right with me as they have before with a lost order!”

“So I’ve been a customer monthly for almost 2 years. It’s always been legit and it’s always been good stuff…. Their in house brand is killing it honestly. The shipping times need to be updated. It’s about 4 weeks on average if ordering international. But if it comes from india to US then expect only 2 weeks. One time it was 9 days. It all depends on what you order. They have reshipped 1 package for me that was held up in customs. I’ve only had to sign 1 time ever. They’re true to their word for real for real and have been for a while I can promise OMM”
