I have been having problems charging my Modius and have followed the online advice about charging, but now it doe not turn on at all! Advice please, how can I get it working again

I just got Modius slim, can I use it for sleep or do I need to exchange it for Modius sleep? My understanding is that both stimulate vagus nerve.
