“I am just in the process of switching providers. Money Plus Energy have been quick in responding to my questions both on the phone and via email. Far better than the previous supplier has ever been. I realise it is early days but I am impressed thus far”

“Switch took place last weekend, all good. Have been emailed twice for meter readings, but was unable to email them. Believe there was portal issues. However I phoned instead and found your staff extremely helpful and polite. When I asked for my peak and offpeak times it wasn't a problem. First time ever I've been given them, when asked for. Excellent.”
