My wife ordered a vegan selection to send to our son in London. This was through Ebay. It never arrived via royal mail. Supposedly tracked but the tracking number did not work. The company admits that the parcel may have been left in the doorstep. But have no proof of this, like a photo (as amazon do). If it was left on the doorstep, on a street, that is hardly a secure delivery. Easily stolen, if it ever arrived. Which i i doubt. We can open a dispute on august 2nd, which we intend to do. Avoid at ALL costs. No customer service other than ling drawn out excuses and delivery service completely unadequate and wide open to theft from the step of the property. It was your reply which said the parcel would have been left on the doorstep. If you are using a tracked service , use one which doesnt leave packages in unsecure locations. That isnt a tracked service regardless of covid 19. Also accept responsibility and refund monies owed. Read the last few reviews and posts on your facebook page. Missing items, damaged items and no refunds. This isnt an isolated incident. Neither is your frankly rubbish customer service. Have you actually read your reviews lately?”
