“items are lovely but sizing is small. returned to items for a refund at my expense. after two weeks they have send the items back to my house with no explanation”
“Awful experience sent the wrong product then they cancelled my order because they didn't want to sell it me at the Sales price instead wanted me to reorder at £179 v £63, with no postage refund or communication. They don't handle complaints either.”
“I’ve ordered twice off Montirex, the clothes are lovely however on both occasions after putting in a student discount code which does register, they charge you the full price after clicking buy!! They don’t respond to emails either & the cost of returning the items comes off your refund!! Really disappointed”
