“APPALLING! We had prebooked a car to collect us from Gare Du Nord. Our Eurostar train was delayed half an hour, obviously out of our control, and we emailed MonTransport TWO HOURS prior to our revised arrival to ask them to inform the driver. THEY DIDN'T, and the driver wasnt there when we arrived. Since then, they have consistently denied any responsibility and refused a refund, telling us that it wasnt their problem.”
