Denis greeted us with a smile, helped with our luggage, and drove us safely and comfortably to our destination. Very polite and professional – you can tell he truly enjoys his work. We would definitely recommend him and would be happy to travel with him again!”
“If I could give zero stars, I would. monTransport left us completely stranded at Nice Airport at 2am without so much as a courtesy call, message, or apology. We had booked and confirmed our ride well in advance, trusting this service to get us safely to our destination in the middle of the night. Instead, we were left standing outside the terminal with no driver, no communication, and no way to reach anyone. Their support was nonexistent. No one picked up the phone, and no one responded to messages.
This is not just poor service — it’s dangerous and irresponsible. Being abandoned in a foreign country at that hour with no help is absolutely unacceptable. We were forced to scramble for alternatives at a ridiculous cost, all while exhausted and stressed.
Do NOT trust this company with your travel plans. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly do not care about the safety or well-being of their customers. Total disgrace”
