If I could give zero stars, I would. monTransport left us completely stranded at Nice Airport at 2am without so much as a courtesy call, message, or apology. We had booked and confirmed our ride well in advance, trusting this service to get us safely to our destination in the middle of the night. Instead, we were left standing outside the terminal with no driver, no communication, and no way to reach anyone. Their support was nonexistent. No one picked up the phone, and no one responded to messages. This is not just poor service — it’s dangerous and irresponsible. Being abandoned in a foreign country at that hour with no help is absolutely unacceptable. We were forced to scramble for alternatives at a ridiculous cost, all while exhausted and stressed. Do NOT trust this company with your travel plans. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly do not care about the safety or well-being of their customers. Total disgrace

Very poor service, left stranded at 0430 in the morning with a plane to catch. It's very lucky I was able to get a local taxi or would have missed the flight

To simplify the whole case it is I contacted the driver via whatsapp to change the pick up location and time (as this is the only way) then the driver agreed the change (as shown on the whatsapp images attached) and I reconfirmed three times. However on that day the driver didnt show up in the new location we agreed. I dont know why but from my whatsapp conversions likely is that he misread the new location (but the main point is he didnt check clear the new location, if you google the location name in Google Map there will have ONLY ONE pin showing, no other place, so IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE CONFUSION) Finally we was stuck on the street in cold wind that night, lucky that have the hotel manager (which we are not staying there, so kind of him) kindly help us find a taxi by calling quite a few calls. As I am in a long and busy journey, I tried to contact the customer service via email after around 10 days, hoping to get at least partial refund, the replay is I have to file the dispute case within 7 days which they said is in the TnC but of course I never saw that notice in my booking progress. I lost more than 200euro and wasted lots of time and energy. I regret that I didn’t check the online website comment on your company as I just found out many people suffer from similar situations as me, which I will try my best to post the comments and tell whoever i know NEVER USE THIS PLATFORM.

APPALLING! We had prebooked a car to collect us from Gare Du Nord. Our Eurostar train was delayed half an hour, obviously out of our control, and we emailed MonTransport TWO HOURS prior to our revised arrival to ask them to inform the driver. THEY DIDN'T, and the driver wasnt there when we arrived. Since then, they have consistently denied any responsibility and refused a refund, telling us that it wasnt their problem.

Last-minute cancellations. Other offers in the mail, 2 to 3 times more expensive. Hooliganism. Run away from this company, it will be the best way to make them change their behaviour. Do not use this platform to reserve a car I booked 2 taxis. First trip: from airport to hotel. The plane left late so we arrived late. When we landed I had a message from the driver who was waiting, I told him that we had already landed and were getting out of the plane. The driver asks me where we are (19:15), I tell him that I am on my way to the door where he was waiting for us (19: 15) and I send him a photo by WhatsApp (19:16) that we are already at the exit and he no. 19:20 writes me that "you are late. I return". He left without giving us the service leaving us at the airport. montransport.com He did not want to see the whole conversation on whatsapp to check that the driver left while we were at the airport exit. Second trip: from the hotel to the airport Very punctual the driver picks us up at the hotel. When we hit the road, the car's control panel produces a beep and an engine failure message "stop the vehicle". The car did not exceed 50km/h, it could not accelerate. The situation was dangerous. The driver lied to us saying that everything was fine. He stopped the car on a road shoulder (dangerous situation), waited and restarted to see if the problem was solved by magic. He took us to a town until we found a gas station to put oil in the car. The maneuvers to access the gas station were very dangerous crossing 2 continuous lines on a busy road. The worst trip of my life. Luckily we planned the trip to the airport in advance if we hadn't missed the flight. montransport.com the worst platform to hire a service. If you don't want to ruin your trip, don't hire this company.
