Having ordered a bouquet of flowers and paying extra for a larger bunch and extra for delivery I expected the flowers to be delivered not abandoned on the doorstep! I also expected them to vaguely resemble the picture online.

Very idsappointed with delivery times sending card to my grandson in Australia. It got there today April 2nd having been told it would be there March 27th earliest. This is really a shame as it has put me off using you again!

Meaning they charge delivery charges for EACH item and they also arrive SEPARATELY.

Flowers arrived in a dreadful state delivered by DPD. Blackened roses, carnations with their heads chopped off, antirrhinum hanging off their stems, truly awful. Incredibly disappointing delivery for Mother’s Day.

Delayed delivery and designing the card using the iPhone app was not smooth. App is not that great to adjust and crop the photos and the app itself does not seem to have smart auto adjust functionality. On top of that, rude customer service! They just leave the chat once done saying what needed to say.

Agree with previous comments. First time of using, guaranteed delivery 8 days ago, still not arrived. I ordered a sympathy card for a dear friend who lost his wife suddenly to cancer. I feel so embarrassed that my card has not been delivered. Awful. Don’t use!

Shocking service by Moonpig. Did not fulfil delivery as selected with a week notice, you pay extra to select this service. Made out it’s a dispatch date you select but it’s not it states delivery date. Was cut off abruptly from the chat by Rhys. I have ordered with Moonpig for years, this is the worst service , clearly something has changed.
