My order arrived on time but was an embarrassment to give to anyone. Came in a box at least 4 times bigger than what was in it The card envelope was torn both sides and a burst pktt of snacks inside the dented metal bucket!! After 21 messages with customer services I can only get £4.99 refund despite the fact that I sent photos of proof. My first and last using them! Disgraceful

Twice Moonpig have failed to send important cards despite informing me they would be sent on time.
No-one to talk to.
Poor customer service.
Would not refund annual membership. Got refund on card by me finding out that they hadn't delivered, they never admitted it did not arrive.
Suggest you use normal postage and save yourself the disappointment and hassle.

Awful flowers recieved. They were a gift from my husband for our 20th wedding anniversary. The flowers were not in bud as expected and the settles were going brown. There was little water in the flowers. The card arrived in an envelope that was too big for the card. Moonpig would not refund the full amount even with photo evidence

So disappointed! Ordered a card over a week ago, was given a guarantee delivery date. Waited 8 days since I ordered and still no card has arrived.
Had to chase them up myself and was told it was more than likely lost and they re issued a new card within seconds. Too late, I needed the card within the week and received no update or refund for my order.
