“Have never dealt with a company of this sort and will be boycotting their products. I placed an order in September (bodysuits and a sweater for my toddler) and received a pair of giant adult-sized slippers. I brought this to the attention of customer service and accidentally made a typo in my order number, leading them to generate a “denial of receipt” letter with an incorrect shipping address.They claimed that my package was tampered with during the shipping process and that it was not their mistake. I did not double check the order number or the shipping address and signed the letter. I’m a working mom; I DON’T HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH THINGS LIKE THIS. They proceeded to deliver it to that address, so I never got my package. They then said if they didn’t receive the package in intact condition, it would be considered fraud and would go to the police. I have NEVER in my life dealt with something like, especially when the mistake was made on their part (or the delivery service?). Would never have even gotten to this point if i got the correct package in the first place. I admit, I ordered from them initially because their quality is great, but their customer service is abysmal. My boycotting their company will hardly make a difference, but hopefully the customer service agent, who threatened me (“KAY” - yes I’m calling you out), will lose a little sleep at night and have it on their conscience that they should really look into finding another job.”
“I was concern about my order. As it was taking a bit long for my shoes to arrive. (I am staying in South Africa) - therefore the delay)
I emmediately got an email from Mori to put my mind at ease.
On Friday I received my shoes. It was way beyond what I expected.
They are STUNNING. The service was professional and great as is the product.
I am about to place my 2nd order.

My mom ordered shoes from them, they were not correct and very flimsy especially when advertised for people with bad feet. They now want us to send the shoes to China to get a refund. The exact same pair are on Temu for $11.99 and I paid $59.99. I purchased from them because they advertise as local actually everything in there advertised statements seem to be false.”

The reason I bought from MORI was because their website says they are an Australian company LIES!! When trying to return after being messed around for ten days with back and forth emails they finally sent me a return address and its in China! “This company has great products but lousy service and policies. I spoke to someone named Kathlene in service because I ordered several items and the day they arrived they were discounted on the website. I asked for a price adjustment given the items had just arrived that day and the answer was no.
I find this bad practice. There are so many baby clothing companies and options these days. I will be returning all of the products and I won’t be coming back. I do not recommend this company.”
“I love baby Mori clothing and delivery is quick however their returns process is long and outdated! emailing customer services to request a return, wait for response blah blah blah. It’s a real hassle. At Many other shops you log into your account online, select the items that you would like to return and you can send it immediately.”

“For over £30 for a sleepsuit I would expect much much better quality.
After just one wash, following care instructions, all the sleepsuits have bobbled, become misshapen and have faded and become discoloured! Not worth the money at all!! Shop at next, by comparison the quality of their clothing is far superior! And they don’t take weeks to be delivered either!”
