Really disappointed with the packaging. We ordered what I thought was meant to come in a hamper or nice box but the items came individually in just plastic covers. Also in the note I wanted written on the gift tag was really messy and smudged that we couldn't even use it. Really disappointed as when you spend a lot of money on gift you except the presentation to be nice. I wouldn't buy gifts for people from here again.

Your web site not clear I was sent something different than what I ordered. I ask to speak to a person no one phoned me just emailed me. Found it very unprofessional not sure if I will order from u again even u gave me a 10 pound credit not sure if that entices me

The blanket I ordered was dark grey and not blue as shown in the picture. The cleaver sleeping bag has got bobbles on the material after one wash and only four uses. Disappointing to say that it costs £55. I am awaiting one of your colleagues to email me back regarding this matter.

I was really disappointed with the quality of the duckling you I ordered and didn't think it represented good value for money. The ducklings eyes were smudged and the wooden ring do not come off unless you really pull hard to remove its head.

The customer service was excellent, however I'm very disappointed in the quality of the items ordered (sleepsuit and vest), which were beautiful on arrival but are looking quite bobbly after only two wears and washes. Not expected when paying so much!

Having been a subscriber for 14 months, I chose Mori for a welcome gift for my new born niece. I understood that personalisation of the towel would take a few weeks, however the full dispatch was held up and therefore didn't receive the 'hospital pack' until 6 weeks after the birth (two weeks later than originally committed). I love the products, but lack of common sense and poor response means you guys have lost a loyal customer.

The delivery took two or three weeks and nobody contact me was me how had to ask about. In my opinion The packaging is very poor for the price of the item

Had to wait four weeks for delivery with little to no contact from staff to let me know - only after me chasing when several weeks had passed was I told part of my order was out of stock Muslin are really lovely - my favourites, shame about customer service

My order was late by nearly 2 weeks and when I arrived it was the wrong thing. I emailed to try and sort it out and had no reply.. (Still waiting for my reply!)The products are amazing but the customer service let it down quite a lot. ????

It took a long time for my order to arrive. Wasn't here for the baby shower I was going too. I didn't get my free blanket. Although I used the code.

Had to wait a long time for product to arrive and then so disappointed when it did arrive . I felt it was nothing like the picture . I was expecting a very soft wool blanket for my new born but it was cotton. Probably my fault for not reading the text .

Hello, I ordered a product from the website at the beginning of November and paid for expedited (3day) shipping. However I still have not received the product. When I reached out about the missing package the first time, I never received a response from your team, I only received a shipment confirmation email (with no tracking information). I sent another email requesting that I be reimbursed for shipping costs since I clearly did not get what I paid for, and still no response AND NO PACKAGE!!! I would really appreciate some assistance with this...preferably a full reimbursement for the product, since I still have not received it! (order #6054)

Customer service is amazing to say the least but I am very disappointed in processing and shipping time. I am still waiting on blanket and sleeping bag orders that I placed in almost a month ago.. Prompt shipping was (and is) somewhat Essential considering that the weather is getting cold. It forced me to purchase another "hold over"' blanket which defeated my purpose of investing in only a few really "good quality" blanket!

My order was quite delayed - in the end almost 4 weeks (despite the shipping time being 2 weeks when I completed my order). Once the order had arrived the birthday we had bought most of the items for had passed. As there is no clear process for returns, I emailed the team and over 5 days later I am still waiting for a response.

Order didn't arrive when said it would. I had to chase up. No one responded to my email for over a week. Only when I msg on Facebook and then conveniently they sent the order within few days. It was advertised as a hamper so I thought it would arrive in one. Not just items thrown in to a box. Not impressed with service at all

Hi. I wasn't going to report it as it is minor but when I showed my sister the personalised towel with hoody I ordered she said I should let u know. The embroidery is actually not aligned for the word 'BABY' ... I can send you a picture to show what I mean. Happy with the quick delivery but quality of work not 100% on my order.

The product is fine, but only 1 turned up and I have written 3 emails now and not one has been responded to. I need a refund for the missing product this morning.
