“Having been a subscriber for 14 months, I chose Mori for a welcome gift for my new born niece. I understood that personalisation of the towel would take a few weeks, however the full dispatch was held up and therefore didn't receive the 'hospital pack' until 6 weeks after the birth (two weeks later than originally committed). I love the products, but lack of common sense and poor response means you guys have lost a loyal customer.”
“I bought one of the lovely soft baby sleeping bags. Overall I am happy with the quality however the seatbelt opening at the front only has one popper and my baby keeps kicking his feet through it and getting his legs stuck. Unfortunately this makes the sleeping bag unusable. If there are any tips or anyone else has experienced this please let me know? The sleeping bag did take a while to arrive however I was updated of its progress by a friendly service team.”

“When I read the description of the sleep bag did not see anything noted re polyester filling. I was disappointed when it arrived and had this filling.
Also delivery took ages. Only despatched 10-12 days after ordering, and only after I had emailed twice to follow up.”
“The sleepsack is good, and we're happy with it. But the purchasing process was confusing; I signed up to the mailing list to receive a 10% discount which was never applied; I then got so much spam email over the next few hours that I had to unsubscribe the same day; and a customer service inquiry about the unapplied discount took a week to address and was never fully resolved. This is a company with wonderful intentions that really needs to work on the full customer experience they're delivering, especially at these prices.”
