If you do not and return later with your receipt to query this you will be met by, in my experience, an obnoxious rude member of staff who told me they cannot refund the difference unless you bring the product back with your receipt.

Online order , cancelled with no reason given, , ( it's my friend who has a 4 year old ), she had no other money to buy food, and lives rural, still no refund of £130, and she had to ask for credit in her local shop, now on day 9, oh and don't issue refunds on missing items or substitute item, fraud squad should be looking at Morrisons

I frequently use self serve and very frequently the discounts are not applied, finally gave up today and left the shopping in the till. Sick of waiting in customer service queues for refund.
Morrisons your useless and I’m boycotting them from now on, over priced and fleece you with not applied discounts at self serve.

I was then offered a refund if I go back to this store I informed them this store is 45 minutes from my home and as an alternative could they not offer me a gift voucher for my local store which is 5 minutes away but they said this was impossible.

Had a Christmas order which wasn't delivered on the arranged day or the next day but they took the money. Surely this is theft! After11 days and 2 phonecalls they have now processed a refund but say it will take up to 10 days to reach my bank account! Why?
Seriously disillusioned with what I thought was a good store.

I said they know I couldn't because I was going to work so they said they would refund the order and issue a £20 voucher and that I would receive the voucher via email and the refund confirmation.
