“ Poor service..7 trolleys in a queue and only one person on the till ”

“ Morrisons Chester The store is understaffed- about 8 serviced tills but frequently only two operatives- hence 3 or 4 people queuing with full trolleys. ”

Four cream horns arrived with some random cakes as an apology. This has caused huge distress to a family already facing a heartbreaking day. Shame on you Morrisons ”
