I went into Morrisons in Barnsley this morning and asked Karen to help me find a product..She stopped what she was doing and took me to where I could find what I was looking for..Very happy as its not often some staff in there can be bothered to physically go to where I was asking..100% great customer service 🙂

Just like to say that the customer service manager Jason is a credit to the High Wycombe store. Unfortunately I had to return an item to the store which I explained online using the contact form. Jason telephoned me the same day to get the problem resolved. A credit employee to Morrisons.

Just visited the Whitefield store and would like to say the American lady who served us at the till was a refreshing change, she greeted us with a big smile and hello and was very chatty showing what customer service should be like she should be training staff up by giving that little bit extra brilliant 👏
