i like Morrisons but have not been happy with their home delivery. Drivers are good and bad but my complaint is receiving outdated bread twice, and poor quality fruit and veg which i would not purchase onstore. ive also had damaged ice lollies with chocolate badly damaged. When asking for a refund i was told my refund rating was high!!! whatever happened to customer service?? wont be ordering again.

Disgraceful customer service by Tracey at tobacco kiosk. She needs to be educated to respect the customer. I will refuse to be served by her in the future. Derek Page.

Useless place to go to, many inoperative self service stations, shop lifters not detained (any body who does is sacked). No Butchers, fish monger etc ...

If I could I would leave a minus number. I had a problem adding my debit card to do online shopping, reporting this issue in 2024. All I keep getting is that it has been passed to the IT Department, and then only when I contact them. They don’t keep me up to date unless I get in touch. I find this extremely poor customer service.

Morrisons told me that I should've called Customer Services if my food hadn't been bought out to me, whilst waiting in my car.

Morrisons Chester The store is understaffed- about 8 serviced tills but frequently only two operatives- hence 3 or 4 people queuing with full trolleys.

Poor poor service! Online order was not delivered. No contact from the store and nothing done to resolve. Hamilton, Scotland store is a disgrace.

Appalling service from Morrisons today. Sandwich platters and various other food items ordered for a funeral. Morrisons rang one hour before delivery time to say it was not available. Four cream horns arrived with some random cakes as an apology. This has caused huge distress to a family already facing a heartbreaking day. Shame on you Morrisons
