Appalling service from Morrisons today. Sandwich platters and various other food items ordered for a funeral. Morrisons rang one hour before delivery time to say it was not available. Four cream horns arrived with some random cakes as an apology. This has caused huge distress to a family already facing a heartbreaking day. Shame on you Morrisons

General feeling of discontentment amongst staff with one of them going round telling people off for using self service checkouts!! Instead of filling shelves before store opens it is done during open hours causing mayhem with customers.

I was asked for & sent photos but the staff at the customer service hub disagreed with me & refused a refund.

If I was a shop online picker i would only be picking the freshest off the foods to go out of the shop! If I do a online food order for 3 /4 meals for the week I don't want food that has a date on for the day after don't ! Im not going to cook it all at once! Terrible service Morrisons.

I frequently use self serve and very frequently the discounts are not applied, finally gave up today and left the shopping in the till. Sick of waiting in customer service queues for refund. Morrisons your useless and I’m boycotting them from now on, over priced and fleece you with not applied discounts at self serve.

I am extremely disappointed with Morrisons at Brentford Waterside, TW8, due to the excessive noise coming from their industrial fans, which run 24/7 without any break. The noise is unbearably loud, making it impossible to sleep or enjoy any peace at home. Despite multiple complaints, Morrisons has failed to resolve this issue. They acknowledge the problem internally but refuse to take real action. Their response has been slow and dismissive, showing no concern for the residents suffering due to their negligence. In addition to the noise, foul smells are also coming from the back of the store, further affecting our quality of life. I strongly urge Morrisons to take responsibility and fix this ongoing problem. Until then, I do not recommend this store to anyone living nearby. Terrible customer service and lack of accountability!

Dreadful service, 2 late deliveries, missed items and no phone calls to advise of late deliveries, then when I requested transcripts of phone calls I was informed I was not allowed to have them, really?
