“I had a genuine return. I tried the item on( was ordered online) Was not right so within 20mins had ordered another. Went to Trafford store to return the first. Was told it was not in a resale condition. When I insisted that I had ordered another within 24hrs. Just needed a genuine refund. Was told a decision had been made and no I couldn’t. I could however send it back by courier or post. When I insisted again a bit more I was told I was being rude and to get out of the shop. I said I wasn’t and I was in my rights and the item had not been worn. And why would I order another if I didn’t want the item. Nearly £400. I was told to stop shouting and I would be spoken to as I spoke to him and to get out . This yelled across the store. As reordered item is to be delivered at the same store for pick up I am nervous and feel intimidated by the manager. He kept my personal details and didn’t return them. I have shopped with Moss Bros for years but not now. I will take my custom to a nicer place”
