“Good service on the day (I visited the shop) but limited stock and no view at all on resupply. Also, zero follow-up on my other items request. Totally KL standard.”

“They sell original merchandise. Thats all. Nothing special. Customer engagement just so so..3 staff or boss whatever just 1 showed effort to entertain you. At the moment im about to left the shop the rest two of them beside that person i deal with.. didnt bother to greet me..so better bought online la.”

“1. Price negotiation needed was too long 2. No official receipt issued for my 2 helmet purchased yet (was told via email but nothing received till now) 3. Not all Bell helmet ranges are available 4. Overall “okay lah” better than other sellers”
