“ Placed an order for over £100 and used a discount code. I had to return 1 item and they took the money I saved on the discount out of my refund so I paid £35 for the trousers but only recived £25 refund. I complained but they wouldn’t do anything about it. It should have been made clear at checkout or on the returns page. Also had to pay the shipping to return item which again wasn’t made clear. ”
