Placed an order for over £100 and used a discount code. I had to return 1 item and they took the money I saved on the discount out of my refund so I paid £35 for the trousers but only recived £25 refund. I complained but they wouldn’t do anything about it. It should have been made clear at checkout or on the returns page. Also had to pay the shipping to return item which again wasn’t made clear.

Got rig off. Deliver was misplace. Say they gave refund but never did. Dont go.

Ordered a ski suit.I had to return it.they refused to refund claiming its come back dirty.avoid this company.reported to trading standards and will take legal action.

Ordered from Mountain Warehouse and they shipped, via Canada Post, even though they were on strike. The product never left their warehouse. They would neither ship by an alternative means of credit a refund. Never received product.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I wore a hiking boots twice and they fell apart. No refund, apparently I used them incorrectly. Apparently walking in them is not possible. Terrible quality, cheap materials. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I am still waiting for the refund to show on my credit card statement today 24th July 15 days later! I contacted customer services who asked for a copy of transactions on my statement ( prob to make sure I hadn’t been refunded) which I duly sent to them and as yet have not received a response.

Minutes after ordering, I realized mediums would not fit and called to cancel. They lied and said they would put in a cancel. Instead, I received the too small items and now get to return them. They don't give a full refund. They lie. And the quality is not so good either. Avoid.

Online is unreliable, Ordered on March 28 and after 5 days of noticing no changes in shipment tracking information I requested for a refund but customer service said "it could have been that there were no scanning done between locations and have to wait for few days", I waited 3 more days with no progress and requested for refund again.

Twice when returning items (with tags, within the allowed time, perfect condition) they did not refund the tax paid. (Canada) I called and got the run around and then was told the tax would be refunded, yet it never was. I'm sure CRA would like to know this.
