“ By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Reached out via chat October 27th regarding being overcharged for an item. Representative agreed to refund and emailed me with information needed. I replied right away. She didn't respond. No response until me reaching back out October 29th, to which I replied to email right away. And again, no response and no refund. Nobody has responded to emails. ”
