“I work with Damien to ship my car from California to New Mexico. I was originally quoted $1400 and the price increase to 2000 the week of pick up. I was given an excuse that the driver broke down and this is why there was an increase because they had to find another driver. They state that their service is door-to-door which it was not. I had to drive my car to a highway to meet the driver And the same can be said for pick up. I was extremely dissatisfied because they state that their quotes are locked in which they are most certainly not. I also had to continually call and follow up and check the status of where the driver was and when my car would be picked up and delivered.I would highly recommend going with a more reliable company or anyone other than move wheels”
“First, they told me it would be picked up that coming Saturday for sure in an enclosed truck. Then tell me they couldn't find anybody to pick it up that Saturday. Then they told me it would be picked up on Tuesday which they also changed and said they couldn't find anybody else because that driver had car trouble. Then they told me it would be picked up Wednesday, But when they showed up, it was not in an enclosed truck so the motorcycle was transported in an open trailer Even though I paid extra for an enclosed trailer. Then they told me it would be delivered that Friday which they again changed to Saturday morning then Saturday afternoon.. And didn't take any money off the price even though it was an open trailer and I paid extra For an enclosed trailer. So if you choose them don't expect anything to go as planned or as they promise.”

I dealt with a seemingly nice woman during the initial phone call after I was emailed the quote from a shipping quote website. After scheduling I had to deal with a POS by the name of Christian Woods.
I used this broker for my girlfriend's car. Scheduled pickup 2 weeks prior and was guaranteed that the pricing will not change but low and behold when I came time to schedule the time for pickup they try to charge almost TRIPLE what the quote was. They are a complete bait and switch. They will not honor the pricing that was provided to you. That price is just to lure you in so that they can claim that the "drivers" they want to contract with was triple what they initially quoted. Ended up using this POS company to schedule but had to stand my ground about not paying what they want after the initial quote. They are only a broker. They still have to get a driver for you. I work in the auto business and see transporters all the time and they have the same stories about these brokers. Unless you're getting your quote by a company like Ready Logistics that are contracted by Manheim and have a reputation to uphold be careful with these scammers. In the end I paid $150 over my initial quote but that was only because these scammers only gave a 1 day notice before attempting to change the price. If I had a few more days to look for a different carrier, I definitely would have.
I should have read the other eviews about this place because it looks like other people ended up in the same situation I did and actually paid what these SCAMMERS wanted.
Also, when you tell them you will not pay the insane price that they quote you right before pickup they give your number out to numerous drivers that blow up your phone and give you the same price they quote. They think they're slick by doing that but as smart as they think they are they're oblivious to how dumb they actually are.
I will be reporting them to BBB which they probly don't even care about but I will be blasting them on every single place they are listed because of their HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!
If it wasn't a cross country transport and half the distance I would have much rather drove the car myself and not paid these SCAMMERS a single penny! Shame on these people for trying to take advantage of people's situations and waiting until the very last minute to try and change the price.

Less than one day into the shipping window, they told me that they could not do it for tht price. Over few days, they offered to ship for $1500 to $1800. I told them the contract was for $900. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Over the course of several days, I heard every possible excuse. Ranging from trucks broke down to hospitalized family members. But still they would not surrender the contract. I have asked for the owner, I think his name starts with an A, but have been unsuccessful. This is the worst company that I have ever worked with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, BAIT AND SWITCH. RECORD YOUR CALLS!!!!!!!!”
