Last night I wrote to complain that the experience has been very poor. You sent a 'pair' of boots that are different colour shades. I mean really different ! Obviously and definitively different and I sent a photo of the boots. This experience has demonstrated that you do not have quality checks within the company and send out orders without basic checks . These boots are £70!! I have bought 2 other pairs of Gabor Imagine ankle boots from another company -blue and grey and both pairs are matching and perfect and £20 cheaper! I am awaiting a response from your company

Apologies for your uncommon experience and any inconvenience caused, as with all orders there is a FREE returns label attached with your order paperwork so please return them to us at no cost to yourself. Beautiful slippers and received quickly. Very disappointed in Mozimo, as they did not send a sale alert and I am subscribed to the newsletter. I have missed out on 20% discount and feel rather cheated! Had I known that there was to be a discount a couple of days later, I would have waited. Don't think I will use Mozimo again.

Shoes ordered when arrived were faulty; I sent an email with photos of the damaged shoe. No response; so I rang myself and they promised to post a prepaid returns label. On learning no replacement shoe of same type available in my size, whilst on the phone I ordered a replacement which happened to be £20 cheaper in the sale. Lauren told me she was crediting me with the difference then and there, and promised the replacements would be sent out as soon as they had received the returned pair. No prepaid label arrived in the post (ever.) I had to ring again, to get the label emailed to me by Lauren. I sent back the faulty pair with the prepaid label, and emailed the proof of posting, but no replacement shoes arrived; so I had to ring yet again. Only then did I learn that allegedly all the replcaement shoes supposedly had the same fault as the original; Lauren persisted with this even when I pointed out I could see the replacement shoes being offered in all sizes, but now at a non-sale price, on the website. The e mail addresses and do not work; does, but they do not reply to any e mail received. On this showing, they are a very shoddy outfit.

Thanks for your feedback, and apologies for your frustration. Unfortunately we didn't have a replacement for your faulty shoe, and as is company policy, a full refund was issued once we received it back in. My replacement order has still not arrived it's now 17 th June and my original order was placed on 31st May and the goods arrived back with Mozimo on the 8th June. I have emailed several times and phoned but unfortunately I am still awaiting a response!

As I explained on previous review Super disappointed wanted black suede for special New Year’s Eve event was sent wrong shoes and by the time they arrived it was too late to do anything When I called to return shoes and say I was very disappointed was offered a quick sorry and obviously a full refund but person didn’t seem that concerned about my experience Not very impressed with the service really

About a week after my order was placed I received an email saying it wasn't in stock and I'd been refunded. Really not happy. Why did it take that long to check stock? Wont be using you again.

very good at taken money!! Took my shoes back because they squeaked ,they didn't want to listen.young girl said are they right size? I'm actually 60 not child !!this is the first time I've taken anything back.the staff need training how to talk to people .just been away went in shoe shop staff were brill there .completely different than them in beam st.

I recieved an e-mail informing me that due to server issues they could not honour my order. They refunded the payment which is yet to be found out

The page is misleading. I was looking for a particular style and was led to this site because of the advertised price. I couldn't get the I teodu Tory code to work....after numerous attempts, I contacted the company and was told that the additional introductory discount, which gave the overall low price given on the Internet, was not applicable to the item I wanted. This was totally contradictory to the formation on the site which specifically said the low price, including the discount, was available. I paid the increased price, as I wanted the item quickly, and had already aren't an inordinTe amount of time. I explained the problem on the phone and received an apology, but nothing else. I wouldn't use the company again.

Returned my shoes in the timescale they state and informed the money would be refunded and should be in my account. A couple of weeks later and still no money refunded .

Some customers find that due to their security settings many of our automated emails generated, for such things as you mention, sometimes end up in 'Spam' or 'Junk' folders within mailboxes. I ordered a pair of Peter Kaiser navy shoes for a wedding. When they arrived they were black. The shoe box was labelled with all of the correct details for navy but it contained the wrong shoes. I rang customer services who were sympathetic and promised that they would try and trace a pair of navy in my size. I was promised a call back either the following day which was a Friday, or the next Monday. However no one called me back. I wasted a lot of time over this and I would never order from Mozimo ever again.
