Thanks for your feedback Brigitte, we apologise for any inconvenience caused, and agree that there was a longer than normal delay to your delivery due to the bank holiday weekend.

I just want yo follow up my refund. I was informed that it will be processed within 5 days but up tk now it is not yet reflected in my account. hoping for response. WHERE IS MY REFUND??!

Dear Olga, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear you are not happy with the service you received. Your refund was processed on the day you contacted us to cancel your order. Our records show that you placed an order on 26th March, and following on from you contacting us the following day, a refund was then authorised on the 27th March. Refunds usually clear within 5 working days but this is dependent on your bank. We can only apologise for any inconvenience this has caused, but unfortunately this is due to elements out of our control. I had an issue with the item I ordered was not delivered to my address. When I looked into it Royal Mail confirmed it had an incomplete address on it and that I would have to contact mozimo. I contacted mozimo and told I would have to sort it out by going to Royal Mail, collecting the item myself and if I didn't want it to resend it back to mozimo. The male I spoke to at mozimo didn't appear to realise that Royal Mail does not hand over packages willy nilly and will not hand over a package with an incomplete address attached to it even if I showed ID! He expected me to do all the work to retrieve the package , blaming myself for not giving a complete address (surely if this was right mozimo should have contacted the recipient to obtain the full address??) and he wasn't going to lift a finger. This showed how unprofessional mozimo really is and I will not be shopping with them again .

Their email address does not exist, the phone lines ring out and no-one responds; returns are not processed in a reasonable time. Not to be recommended

For some bizzarre reason I got this message "Unfortunately your orders failed our domicile residence checks." I buy from all major stores and have done for so many years ....so what this about??? Ridiculous!

Thank you for your feedback. Mozimo payments operate through a payment gateway which is verified by a third party security checking system. This is to protect our customers and ourselves. These security checks can be flagged up for a variety of reasons and we can only apologise that part of your order was bought to our attention through this system. Sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with our service Carolyn! We received your shoes yesterday, and your replacement pair will be dispatched shortly. We apologise for the delay in service, but the bank holiday weekend may have impacted the postal services - which is a factor beyond our control. Our system is currently set to inform customers of a dispatch, so when your replacement shoes are sent you will receive a brand new tracking order in your inbox. Moving forward we will review our communications with regards to returns to highlight any areas we may be able to improve on. I ordered my shoes last Tuesday the 7th. You took my money out of my account on Wednesday the 8th. Today Friday the 17th I still haven't heard anything. I enquirer on your Facebook page yesterday morning,and still no ones let me know what's going on. Very disappointing .....

A respectable business can not afford to sell an item without the means to deliver it once a purchase has been made. I'm disappointed!

The item I ordered was not dispatched - due to a fault in the product, so I was told. I was not informed and only found out when I chased up the order. Since I had paid for next day delivery I was not amused. By the time I realised that Mozimo would not fulfil my order it was too late to order from elsewhere to get delivery by the date I wanted.

Oh how I would love to have reviewed my two pairs of shoes. But no, I never received them! After waiting a few days I logged onto my account to check if they had been dispatched, it said stilling processing, so I sent a polite message via the website enquiry on the status of my order. Never received a reply. Eight days after placing my order I received a very short email saying unable to full fill my order and it had been refunded, no reason given! Why was my card charged when you obviously didn't have the stock? I have worked for two internet companies so I know how the system should work, not impressed guys, could do a lot better on the customer service!!!
