“Loving my sandals. They are so easy to wear and even although my foot swells a little bit during the day they were still very comfortable. Great for walking in nice weather.”

“Very pleased with my lovely handbag to match the shoes I purchased from Mozimo. Just a bit disappointed that the instruction I had put on my order i.e. to put delivery in the garage ( there was an option when purchasing the handbag to suggest this) was not adhered to and a kindly neighbour took the package in.”

Hi Robert, many thanks for your review! We're sorry to see that your shoes were not left where instructed. If this was on the postage label then unfortunately it would be out of our control and Royal Mail would handle this issue. But regardless of this hiccup we are very pleased to see you that received your shoes as ordered!

“Lovely shoes , excellent service but they did not fit as a little narrow. Took them back to shop in Nantwich but Manager was unable to give me a refund and said I would have to wait to have it paid into my account. Why is it not possible to do it in the shop if you return the shoes there?”

“I have to send the shoes back as I did not read the wed site correctly. *on FitFlop's slimline BIOMIMETIX(TM) midsole (wider feet may not find them as 'freeing' as classic FitFlop sandals, boots or clogs) and they are to tight. I have several pairs of the classic sneakers.”

“I was very pleased with order and how quickly it was received. I have ordered from you before. However, one comment. I was a little disappointed when the box did not contain a bag to keep the shoes in (or to be used for travelling) as it usually does. Is this not being included in the future, or have I been missed out this time????????? Jennifer Haynes”

“Really quick efficient service thank you, however, given the choice I would have foregone the next day service for free postage. At the point of sale it said postage for UK orders free but delivery to the channel islands would incur a charge. John Lewis, Boden, The Golden Boot Company and Amazon treat the channel islands on the same basis as the UK.”
