“The speed with which I received my purchases was very good. Thank you. My only niggle is that the website can be a bit slow to filter the items you want to look at. This has happened a few times in the past, not just recently. When you have limited time, it becomes somewhat irritating.”

“Although the shoes I bought were the right length they were not wide enough,unusual for Gabor and the first pair if size 9's hat have been narrow. I suspect I am not the only one to have found this problem and hence why they were alf price in the sale. Ordering, timing of delivery and returns are all excellent however”

“Delivery was very quick and Hassel free, shoes themselves are great, fitting is a bit narrow to what i normally wear but still comfortable, changed laces to the black and was able to wear them straight away for work. I would certainly use this company again”

“Overall good, but the offer said 15% off when you put 2 pairs of shoes in your basket the offer instantly reduced to 10%. It also said you can contact us via e-mail, well don't bother, as they take an age to respond, with an unsatisfactory answer, and if you need to again go back to them its another long wait for a response, not worth the effort. However, if it is a straight forward purchase, yes good, and delivery was as promised.”

“The overall service from Mozimo is good. The delivery was sooner than anticipated. the goods were certainly up to standard, but sadly the size was wrong. Time will tell at the moment if I receive a refund.”

“I choose my shoes on line, but phone with my order as I have found the order process on line rather tedious. I always get someone really helpful on the phone. The Mozimo selection is excellent.”

“I have never used this company before but saw they are stockists of FITFLOPS and I wanted some to take on holiday this month. I ordered for my husband and also myself. Unfortunately the "slide" style for my husband was too narrow and clearly not suitable, mine were perfect. His have been returned, using a free post label. I chose a style with a discreet embellishment but tastefully so and thus suitable for day or evening. I shall expect to use Mozimo again!”

“Received on time , customer service pleasant and helpful - one boot did look as though it had been tried on quite a few times , and there were no foam inserts (which always come with Gabor boots)to keep the boots in shape, but that apart everything else was good.”

“Unfortunately boots were slightly small fit. Problem is with sizing, I take a UK size 8 which some shoe companies class as EU 41 but as I have one foot slightly larger than the other it is just too small. The EU sizing is very confusing.”

“I had to chase my order but once I talked direct to someone on the telephone they were very quick to fast track my order and I received my boots by upgraded special delivery the next day.”

“Original parcel arrived very quickly which was great. However, the shoes were too large and so I returned them by post the same day, 1st Dec, requesting a smaller size. So far I have received no acknowledgement of either my return or my exchange, so I am somewhat disappointed that the original excellent service did not continue and I'm glad that I have my proof of postage as I may need it!”
