“Really comfortable, very cute, a perfect day to evening casual flip flopbut will take some wearing in; the toe post is stiff! Will be wearing on holiday in Florida- perfect for waking around the Disney parks!”

“THe shoes I wanted were in stock and I managed to get a 10% discount with a voucher. The shoes were delivered within 5 days, but I was not able to track it through the Post Office. THey just got delivered, so still no complaints.”

“I was pleased with the prompt delivery of my 2 pairs of FitFlops so thank you for that. I was offered a10% code but couldn't get the site to accept it(that was the reason I decide to have 2 pairs) by the time I had spent 30 minutes trying to attach the 10-% voucher I'd convinced myself I needed a black and a navy pair so I felt cheated a bit otherwise you would have received TopMarks. SueG Peterborough”

“Good service, but would be better and I would be inclined to try more purchases like shoes, if you included a returns label inside the package instead of having to print it out. My printer doesn't work at the moment and that is a chore. Other online retailers like John Lewis make it all very easy, with labels for various options in the package.”

“No problems ordered and delivered on time. Very pleased with them. Must mention Telephoning the Nantwich shop direct from home here In Winterley tried to order but told none in stock & could not obtain any. Because I use Internet all the time luckily searching the Web for another supplier clicked on the page and you could supply . Why not From you in the 1st instance and I is supplied via web.”

“Great value and speedy delivery. I would definitely use Mozimo again. The only slight comment I have is that the box within which the shoes I bought was rather crushed. This wouldn't normally be an issue at all, except they were a gift.”

“The web site is good and eady to manage , delivery quick.On this experience I was very disappointed in the presentation and quality of the trainers I ordered, looked as if they had been worn and returned, and one shoe had a faulty heal, probably cause of return. I returned to shop at Nantwich, no problem, but I've yet to receive a refunec.previous orders have been of excellent service and quality”

“Easy ordering,very quick delivery,at no cost,but most of all I got the shoes I wanted at a very reasonable price. The only thing I would criticise is the two emails I received saying that I hadn't placed an order,even though I had an order number. Luckily I did not see these two emails until the next morning,otherwise I might have placed another order.There was a third email telling me the shoes were on their way.”

“I placed my order on a Saturday and the shoes were delivered on the next Thursday. This was acceptable as I wasn't in a hurry for them. The tracking service works well and my shoes were delivered by our postman. However, it is unusual these days to wait so long for a delivery. Could have been because I bought on SALE. I have had previous orders delivered by Mozimo and been very happy with the service.”
