“Rented a property from M & P Estates and one of the worst experiences living in a property. Their contractors would always leave jobs half done or to a very poor standard. False promises from the owner Paul saying it will be sorted then ignores you. Sarah the lettings manager is so rude as she doesn’t like to admit liability for their poor service.”

Dear Paul. Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and we are sorry to hear that you felt that we failed you as a customer over the ten years that you were a tenant in a property that we managed on behalf of your landlord As you know, we work under the client's instruction, your landlord and whilst some things have gone wrong in the property over your ten-year stay, we have constantly tried our utmost to get the repairs carried out. Personally, I can only apologise if you feel that I have ignored you. However, I believe that over the ten years, I have returned your calls, emails and visited the property by myself and with your landlord. As you have now moved into your own home, I would like to wish you and your family all the best for the future. I am also happy to address any issues you have, so please get in touch with me on the number that you have had for me for the duration of your tenancy
