“I'm not good with emails ect nothing was to much trouble from the top to the bottom every one was so helpful the most stressful thing I have done but they ironed out every problem and made the whole process a lot less stressful”

They really care and do whatever they can to support during the stressful time of house buying. They communicate every step of the way and always there to answer any questions. “I have had great experience with M&P estates throughout. Since the start, the process was completely stress free and all staff were kind and helpful. From making enquiries to viewing the property, to letting the property. There was a slight hiccup and they were extremely supportive, helpful and understanding. They replied to emails prompt and were very thorough. It was friendly yet professional. The property I let was well kept and cleaned. I would like to say how lovely Sarah and Denise were and especially point out Hannah, she is an amazing asset to M&P and an extremely fair and supportive individual. I am pleased.”
