“Product fine. Packaging and sending fine. Had been unable to find hand sanitiser at all before. Price no doubt jacked up due to C19... I feel a bit of "taking advantage of the situation"”

“Product took a long time to arrive but understandable at the moment with Covid 19 and run on hand sanitizer gel. Product very good so extremely pleased when it arrived. Might consider offering a phone contact number as I was wondering if Mr Pets really actually existed. I would use again but would want updates on progress on delivery.”

“Like many businesses at this time, Mr. Pets is cashing in on the current shortage of sanitising gel...shameful, but as long as there are people like me willing to pay for a safer existence, they will continue to do so. It is not really acceptable, but then we must accept it if we want to get what is in "short supply".”

“Ordered antibacterial hand gel, was worried it wasn’t going to arrive, no reply to emails !! It did eventually arrive & although it seemed it had previously been half the price, I was still happy with this product. Couldn’t get anywhere else at the time !!”
