“Very competitively priced with free p&p. MrPets took payment immediatly via PayPal but did not send an acknowledgement email. I began to panic as I saw terrible reviews about this company on Trustpilot. This was compounded by the only contact method being by email. I received a reply to my enquiry after 2 days, saying my order had been dispatched. The order arrived about 3 days later. I am very pleased with the item. If MrPets can improve their email response time and get a call line set up, I'm sure it would go a long way to improving this company's reputation.”

“I didn't receive an email confirmation of my order, however the product arrived quite promptly and there was no delivery charge. I would purchase items from Mr Pets again.”

“After a poor start with no acknowledgement of my order for over 48 hours after payment was made thru Paypal, I received an apology and my order was dealt with very quickly, with my order being received after a further 2 days On occasions Mr Pets website was disconnected which caused me concern.”

“The only reason I haven't scored 5/5 is the lack of communication. I didn't get the usual confirmation email for my order. After a week, I emailed and asked for an acknowledgement of my order, but still no response. My order arrived the following week.”

“Ordered a dozen cans of food for my dog. Unfortunately a couple had bashes in them maybe put into a sturdier box for transportation. Service very good otherwise came as promised and kept in touch with updates.”

“We have 2 x year old boxers who constantly pull and are so strong it requires 2 people to walk them. Tried collars, harnesses, head collars but nothing worked. In a last bid attempt I ordered the happy to heel harnesses and what a difference. Hasn't totally stopped them from pulling but it is so easy to walk them now.”

“Good value, not so good on acknowledging receipt of order, and following up delivery. I had to chase them to confirm they had my order in hand, then received an email stating despatch had been made. No details of carrier (turned out to be Royal Mail) or expected delivery date.”
