“Ordered hand sanitizer wednesday 8th April received on Tuesday 14th April despite Easter! However did not know it was arriving. But I suppose we are at home now.”

“Very good service from a couple of weeks ago. Only took about 4 days to arrive. Oddly the alcohol hand sanitiser (admittedly dear, but 500ml) arrived a day before the pet supplies I ordered! All ordered contents were delivered and I was kept well informed by email of the order status.”

“I ordered Hand Gel Sanitizer and am pleased to report that whist the normal delivery time was exceeded, I did receive my confirmation email and delivery after 7 days - which in the current climate I find to be quite commendable. Appreciate this may not have been the same for everyone but credit where credit is due. I would recommend with the proviso that expectations are managed in line with the current challenges.”
