“We recently placed an order during the lockdown and unfortunately our original shipment was lost in the post. The team at Mr Pets are good people and could not have been more helpful and apologetic. Within 72 hours not only had we received what we ordered but they even threw in an extra free bottle of the product we ordered to apologise. I would have no hesitation ordering from them again.”

“Delivery was prompt but unfortunately the packages arrived in a very battered condition, as shown in the attached photograph. We were not at home when the packages arrived and were unable to inspect their contents. The 5ltr container in the larger package was undamaged but one of the 500ml sanitiser bottles was missing from the smaller box. I would be grateful for a replacement 500ml bottle.”
