When you order, they give you a date when you can collect.
They dont let you know if your order is late, only when you contact them, the delivery date was moved on with another week. Still not delivered.

I am still waiting after more than 2 weeks for my delivery. Nobody can tell me exactly where it is. Website says expected delivery on 9 Oct. It is now the 15th.

I placed my order on the 30th August and status said shipped on the same day and delivery date 9th September. To date I still don't know where my order is your customer care nor city courier can't give me a valid answer. I am even tired calling. Yesterday I was told they will send the email when my order arrives at east gate mall,when only God knows...I will never order online again..
