“I rarely use bonus funds to play with however, on 10/8/21 I used some bonus funds and I won £2400 jackpot. It let me withdraw it via PayPal and my bank account as it stated there was a maximum limit withdrawal via paypal and it stated that it was being processed. However, today I was informed on a chat with them after they asked me to get in contact that the most I would receive was £50 due to the wagering requirements. This is so unfair, why give bonus funds if we cannot win any money, most people play to win, that's the whole point of the game. I've probably paid that amount already with my own money over the few years I've been playing on Mr spin. They had all my id in the past and even asked for one more verification after I'd won it which I provided. So why adk for that if they had no intention of paying up. I'm going to look into taking this further. This should not be allowed or just don't give bonus funds at all as this would save any misunderstanding in future.
