“The description of the veil was completely wrong I was very disappointed”

“I'm not satisfied with your service but your products look not too bad. My order was delivered 7 days after the announced delivery date. Too late to attend the event with the chosen bow tie You seem good in sales (I had an open cart with the same ordered items and received repeatedly reminders) and when I sent an email about that confusing cart, I received a quasi instant gentle and constructive reply. Seeing no delivery, when I asked about the situation ... no answer. And when, the day before the event, I sent a message desiring to know if it would be delivered soon ... no answer. Not a great customer experience.”

“I’ve actually been meaning to contact you and complain, I had a wedding to go to yesterday and I bought a tie from you that matched my partner’s dress; I paid for a 3 business day delivery but on the 5th business day, the day of the wedding, it still hadn’t arrived. I only bought the tie in question for this one event and didn’t get to wear it, for this reason I’m quite keen to learn about your returns policy, specifically if I’ll be refunded the delivery charge as it wasn’t delivered within the quoted time. Thanks Tor”

“DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY. Ordered something on Sunday for an event on Friday. Said it would arrive in 3-5 working days. Received no notification that it would not be delivered in time. Had to chase on the Friday for it, only to find that they said they "took too many orders over Black Friday and couldn't cope"”
