“I ordered a pair of boots for a birthday gift. The birthday was past the 30 days. They needed 1 size down. They were not walked in or worn at all. Only 1 boot tried on and was too big. So I assumed an exchange would be easy. NO NOT AT ALL. I’m stuck with a size no one can wear and I can’t just buy another pair for $125. Will never buy from you again! Only 1 boot was tried on! We buy these as gifts and for ourselves every year. I could see if I didn’t want to exchange for a smaller size or just didn’t want them, but it was a gift and now they can’t even have a pair!”
