how do l get a spring fixed on my sofa still under guarantee

Does anyone have a copy of the stain guard insurance policy that they could send me, I paid to have my chairs stain guarded with the 5 years accidental damage insurance policy just before they went into liquidation. Been left with a damaged chair now that I can not claim for as they are not honouring the insurance, I could do with a copy of any policy to take my claim further with my credit card company. Thank you in advance

My 2 settees are very heavy to move .Is it Possible to put casters on the Bottom??

Brought sofa bed just cannot sleep on it metal bar across middle sticking in back mattress not thick enough so sofa bed is totally unsleepable , even after buying mattress topper what can you do about it PLEASE
