“Would give it 0 if I could. Sent off 2 phones in good condition. They reduced the price on both, one due to heavy scratches and one due to the touch screen not working. I rejected both new offers and asked for both phones to be returned. Received them back today and surprise surprise the touch screen does work and the scratches are minor. They are just trying to con people and hope you accept the lower offer. Don't waste your time.”
