“Tried to pass off an identical lower spec phone instead of the one we ordered. Then no level of understanding from cus service. Disappointed.”

“Awful company, sent two iPhones in perfect condition they replied saying they would offer £18 because the home screen button was broke and £18 for a phone saying the screen button was broke. Absolute SCAM do not use”

“Phone was sent to them in perfect condition andni have the photos to prove it. They got in touch saying that magically the phone would not charge becauze the charger was damaged. It was not when it was sent to them. They refused to acknowledge fault and wanted me to accept a deal of 10 pounds for a phone they had originally quoted was worth 110. I did not accept ofcourse and when phone was returned indeed the charging port had been tampered with.”
