“What can I say.... I was given a new iPad, so decided to get rid of my old one. I had previously purchased a refurbished phone for a family member from MusicMagpie, so had a look online to see if they would accept my iPad. Best thing I could have done! All I needed to do was fill in a few boxes stating the make and model of my iPad and it brought up a valuation immediately and if I was in agreement I could sell to MusicMagpie at once. I did so and I printed off a free post address label to them and wrapped up my iPad and sent it off. 2 days later I got an email saying they had received my parcel and were reviewing it and if everything was ok the money quoted should be in my account within 24/48 hours. In fact the money was in my account the very next day. Great service from start to finish and I would definitely recommend you to anyone looking to sell or purchase from you. Thank you.”

“Service was very good, the price was decent, the drop off service was effective, the speed was exceptional after I sent the parcel off. The only small issue I had was I originally ordered the pack from them and I took ages so I ended up getting to a printer to get it printed instead anyway.”
