“Living proof of the sharp practice at Music Magpie when selling your phone. Reduced offer from £75 to £7 due to phone being ‘severely damaged etc’. Declined the offer. Received phone back today after kicking off. Arrived back as pristine as when I sent it, box intact etc. Nice try! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!”

“Firstly found that the offer price was good, parcel label was emailed for use at local Post Office. Music Magpie emailed me on receipt of package, money was transfer to my bank within 2 days of acceptance . all in all a very quick and efficient transaction .
