“Excellent service from MM! I sold my iPhone to them, the process was very easy to follow, postage paid & money in the bank same day as the evaluation complete. From start to finish it was around 4 days and that included a weekend! Highly recommended.”

“Only received part payment and after phone call said you would pay difference. Didn't receive it rung again and told payment on its way takes up to 7 days! Got an email sayIng wouldn't pay as items not received! Rung again and eventually got payment. I sent 3 boxes for which I had receipts but it would appear only 3 received! Will never use Music Magpie again.”

Hello June, We're sorry to learn your experience was not positive. When your orders were received, a number of items were missing which altered the final payment. As you'd gotten in touch with us and said they had been sent in, we issued payment for the downfall. This payment was authorised on 14/2, due to clear the next working day. Kind regards, mM CS

“I would definitely recommend MusicMagpie to anyone who asked. I ordered a used, Buffy the vampire Slayer, season 5 boxset and it came as good as new and in a good timely manner. The website is quite simple to use and is very trustworthy in my opinion. I have used them a few times and each time I’m always pleased! If you have queries and doubts about using this website, don't worry I swear it’s my new favourite way of getting cheap DVD’s. An extra thing which I quite liked is that they message you a confirmation email on your order and also tell you when it is dispatched. Overall, I am more than pleased with the service of MusicMagpie and would recommend everyone to try it!”
