“My phone had broken, and my insurance company would not fix it. They only offered to pay out the cost of replacing it (which was, in all honesty, a pittance), or upgrading it to an iPhone 6, provided I pay the difference. The cost of that would have been around £160 with them. After a quick google, I had discovered that Music Magpie had a second hand iPhone 6 going for less than it would have cost me through my insurance. So, that settled it. I had bought a new (second-hand) phone. It does make me wonder why I even bothered paying for insurance in the first place, but, lets not get too bogged down in who wasted £50 on insurance for a phone that wasn't even worth that much. (For those wondering, it was me. I got mugged right off.) Delivery was quicker than anticipated. When it arrived, I was surprised. It was rated "good" on the website, but I cannot find a single scratch, mark or piece of dirt on it. It does make me wonder, how good is a "perfect" condition device. Anyway, Thank you Music Magpie for saving me a shed of money and providing me with a near perfect phone.”

“Phone was despatched quickly and arrived sooner than expected. Easy to track progress of delivery through links supplied. The phone itself was described as "Pristine" and that was exactly how I would describe it too. All accessories included, the phone had been factory reset and was in as new a condition as I would have hoped. Very competitive prices and great service, highly recommended.”
