“I have never used MusicMagpie before and it was so painless and straightforward. Communication was extremely good - they told you when they had received the phone and that they were assessing it and how long it would take. They also confirmed when the money had been transferred. “Simple system to use with a mobile app to read the bar code, when complete instruction to look at e-mail would have been helpful to get the barcode for the parcel. But once I had done the first one it was easy going. Both Hermes pickup from home & take to shop was easy as well”

“I used this to sell some old books and DVDs. It was easy to use the scanner app for an immediate valuation. Easy to follow instructions with the goods collected as stated. I received the money very quickly as quoted for my books/dvds. Overall quick and easy service to use and a good way of getting rid of unwanted items.”
