“Phone never received spent ages trying to contact them and promised they would call back and look into it.Only positive was I had free calls on my phone plan other than that would have cost me a fortune on calls.Eventually did receive a refund after a lot of calls to them and Royal Mail.Seems to have got lost with Royal Mail but Music magpie customer services has a lot to be desired.”

“I got two phones an iPHONE 6 and and iPhone5s for my children for Christmas, the iphone6 was good but the iPhone 5s was not very good, the condition was not satisfactory, it had a lot of scratches which made it so old. I understand that they are not new phones but the iPhone 5s was very bad.”

“I sent a phone in excellent condition. Nightmare tracking the delivery of it. When they eventually received it, they dropped the original quote by £50! They are alleging the phone is in poor condition despite it never having been out of it's case, Declined the offer so now I'm waiting for this awful outfit to return it. Check out their phone buying reviews on trustpilot where you will see this is a common trick they try. Most of their reviews are left by people buying CD's for £2!”

Hello Eddy, We're sorry to learn your experience was not positive. When your item was received and tested, it was found that the item was not in good condition as originally listed, but rather poor condition. This is due to casing damage on the phone - a number of scuffs and scrapes were noted, which goes beyond the light wear and tear of a good condition device. We received an offensive response via email in regards to the regraded item. Offensive language will not be tolerated. The device was returned to you on 30/12. Kind regards, mM CS
