“Was told item expected by 8pm on Tuesday. When it hadn't arrived this morning I emailed to enquire but it arrived later in day. I immediately emailed to tell them this and I received a reply very promptly saying thanks for letting them know. Polite and helpfull...would be happy to use again.”

“Ordered a new phone for my daughter's birthday, with a £30 discount for it being my first order.. Item arrived quickly, in better condition than the description suggested and with a charging cable and screen protector. Packaged really well, with lots of padding to make sure device arrived in good condition. A great experience start to finish.”

“Everything is so easy using musicMagpie. The website is easy to navigate and the communication when orders are made is really simple and easy. I had a recent issue with an order, contacted the the office to sort out and was easy and simple and the whole process explained to me and my refund done the same day.
